CHALLENGE

Binghamton University came to us with a request to profile a student in a fresh and inviting way, while showcasing the amazing art programs offered at the school. The hope was to renew interest in those programs.

SOLUTION

This video captures an intimate portrait of a passionate artist, finding opportunity to learn and grow in that passion through the offerings at Binghamton University. The style and approach of the video were a refreshing break to the majority of the University’s video marketing, while still achieving the initial request.

RESULT

This video received a tremendous response, with thousands of views and interactions on social media, and a renewed interest by prospective students in the art program offerings at Binghamton University. The video went on to receive a “Best Of” award through the State University of New York and ultimately triggered a shift in the stylistic approach of video marketing at the school.
